Welcome to the Nunavut Family Support Enforcement Program (FSEP)

The Family Support Program mission is to collect court ordered child/spousal support on behalf of the custodial parent and dependent(s) in order for them to have an acceptable standard of living - no matter where they reside. This will be accomplished by effectively communicating and working with clients, efficient monitoring of files, accurate processing of payments and taking appropriate enforcement action as necessary.
